This notice provides information about your privacy rights and how we gather, use and share your personal information (or personal data). This includes the personal information that we already hold about you now and the further personal information we might collect about you (either directly from you or from a third-party). (also payments), Crowdcast Inc. (online event organisation), our Analyser system software provider in Edinburgh, Bad Dinosaur Limited, Eventbrite Inc. (ticketing platform) and Automattic Inc. (website systems such as WordPress.com & WooCommerce)) may be processed by us, or such third parties in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries such as the United States. Where your information is being processed outside of the UK we and/or our third party service providers (for example, in the case of Mailchimp, which is part of Intuit Inc., via EU-US Privacy Shield compliance & certification) are responsible for ensuring that this is protected to at least an equivalent standard as would be applied by UK data privacy laws.
How long we keep data in a form which permits identification of data subjects depends on the Services provided to you, and we won’t retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary for the purposes that we need to use it.
